Q&A

Q. We are about to admit a service user to our nursing home who is currently in hospital and subject to a DoLS authorisation. Their circumstances, which require the DoLS authorisation, will remain unchanged.
Q cont.: Will the DoLS be portable – i.e. will it come with them or do we need to reapply? If we need to reapply, when can we do this?
